Incorporation fees include government licence, registered agent and registered office charges for the first year.

Reasonable additional charges are made only to cover the cost of courier delivery and out of pocket expenses.

In essence, this process enables a recognition and acceptance of documents in a specified legal format (Apostille) by those countries that are members of The Hague Conference.
